LFFL Adult League

18+ Adult Flag Football League playing on Sunday nights using NFL Flag Rules! Each team will play two 40 minute games each day. Games will be following the time schedule below as best as possible.

Time Schedule:

6:00PM - 30 Min Team Practice

6:30PM- 1st Game Start

7:15PM- 2nd Game Start

8:00PM- Finish

Season Schedule:

WEEK 1- June 22nd

WEEK 2- June 29th

WEEK 3- July 6th

WEEK 4- NO GAMES BYE WEEK

WEEK 5- July 20th

WEEK 6- July 27th

WEEK 7- August 3rd (PLAYOFFS)
